Quintana Beach Park
Park has off-beach parking, a pedestrian-only beach front, restrooms, showers, concession stand, board walks, picnic areas and shaded pavilions for group rentals. Two houses there are open to the public weekends in summer. The Coveney House has a beach ecology lab featuring hands-on displays. Capt. Henry Seaburns home contains park offices and it can be rented for parties. Full-time security includes either park rangers or resident managers.

San Luis County Park
Open 24 hours a day every day. Visitors can fish off the beach into the pass, have access to the free boat ramp and fish off the piers in the lagoon. Facilities include a store, pavilion, a playground, volleyball courts, picnic facilities, restrooms with showers, and a 79-space campground, 3 lighted fishing pier and 2 lighted bank fishing areas located on a small island with access by a bridge from the main island. Full-time security includes either parks ranger or a resident manager on duty. Access fee charged for campground area and facilities.
Surfside Jetty Park
Newly opened by Brazoria County the past year, has a visitor’s center, shuffle board, picnic tables and public showers on the covered ground floor. While second floor has a convenience store, restrooms and picnic tables con an open deck with a view of the jetties. Other features of the handicapped accessible facility include a large playground, horseshoe pits, lighted volleyball courts, exercise stations, and a sidewalk with a handrail from the park to the jetty and adjacent beach. No entrance fees.
Surfside Pedestrian Beach
Located on the west side of Surfside Beach. This area has been set aside for beach visitors to enjoy the beach without interference from vehicles. Portable restrooms are located along the beach. Off-beach parking is permitted adjacent to the beach.
